I keep trying to get a video downloaded but it never downloads. I used my phone to take the video and keep going to my gallery. How do I get the video to download?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to clarify, do you mean you are having issues uploading a video from your phone to the site? Or are you having issues viewing videos on the site? Please note you can't download videos from the site, they are streamed.

Can you please give further information as to what's happening, are there any error messages? Blank pages?

If its an issue with uploading, the most common problem is the file size, either too big or small. So please check that the video size falls within the parameters.

I took a video on my phone and it won't upload from gallery. What size does it need to be?

If the file size is the issue, you should see an error message when you upload to say whether the file is too big or small.

The file size parameters are as follows:
Min - 10mb
Max - 600mb

Please note that file type can also be an issue. With you recording the content on your phone I would expect the video would saved as mp4. These are the file types we accept, so might just be worth checking this too.

Video File Formats: 3g2, 3gp, avi, flv, m2v, m4v, mov, mp4, mpg, ogg, ogv, rm, webm, wmv
